Winona-Ryder
Winona Laura Horowitz, professionally referred to by the name Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. The parents of her daughter named her in honor of her hometown. Michel Horowitz is her father as well as Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder believes she is Jewish, is descended from Ryder's Jewish father. The actress is the younger sister of Uria, and has half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. At the age of seven, Ryder was just seven years old, her family relocated to Mendocino County California. At the time, there wasn't electricity. There was no television books were Ryder's only distraction for her time, and she was a voracious reader. Ryder began to take acting classes in the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983, when she was 12. Lucas the film, which was released in 1986, was her first major part. Ryder was 15 when she got it. Ryder was bullied throughout her time in high school. Ryder was hopeful that her work as an actress would help. However, that didn't happen. But she continued to chase her goals. Ryder made her breakthrough in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder played characters that made a splash in various films. In 1993, she was awarded an Oscar Prize in the film The Age of Innocence.
